The Missions Department offers support in strengthening, reviving, restoring and rebuilding mission hospitals.
How?
โข Tailor-made trainings for all levels of staff from mission hospitals can be arranged if adequate time is given. (For all other formal courses look for announcements).
โข To assess mission hospitals and work along to support in strategic planning including streamlining of essential systems.
โข Support in areas of governance.
โข CMC could support with technical manpower for a short time, provided the requests are made well in advance and the concerned department here has hands to spare.
โข Work towards developing hubs in few regions that could in turn support other hospitals.
โข Mission hospitals referring patients and staff to CMC can contact the Mission Desk. News and highlights can be added to the CMC News line.
โข Condemned but reusable equipment can be transferred to mission hospitals, at the risk and responsibility of the receiving hospitals.
โข Connect mission hospitals with various departments to carry out research in relevant areas.
