RESEARCH

Our faculty members work on a wide range of challenging, innovative emergency medicine research and are widely published in some of the top professional annals and journals. Our department actively encourages medical student research. One of our faculties, Dr. Shubhanker Mitra (Jan 16, 1981 – Jan 03, 2016) was instrumental in resurrecting the culture of undergraduate research. He was the force behind Cognitio: CMC’s undergraduate research conference. Our undergraduates have since gone on to be regular features, winning awards at several conferences.
