The Missions Department offers support in strengthening, reviving, restoring and rebuilding mission hospitals. 

How?

• Tailor-made trainings for all levels of staff from mission hospitals can be arranged if adequate time is given. (For all other formal courses look for announcements).

• To assess mission hospitals and work along to support in strategic planning including streamlining of essential systems.

• Support in areas of governance.

• CMC could support with technical manpower for a short time, provided the requests are made well in advance and the concerned department here has hands to spare.

• Work towards developing hubs in few regions that could in turn support other hospitals.

• Mission hospitals referring patients and staff to CMC can contact the Mission Desk. News and highlights can be added to the CMC News line.

• Condemned but reusable equipment can be transferred to mission hospitals, at the risk and responsibility of the receiving hospitals.

• Connect mission hospitals with various departments to carry out research in relevant areas.
