• Registration Fee :
  1. UG Students - Rs.100/-
  2. Delegates - Rs.500/-
  3. Family - Rs.750/-
  4. Stalls - Rs.2500/- (Inclusive of registration fee for one delegate)

• Registration fee is to be sent to Mission Office,Directorate,CMC Vellore as Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of CMC Vellore Association,before September 10th 2010.

• Delegates and students are expected to arrange for their travel expenses and local transport arrangements.

• Accommodation cannot be assured for spot registrations.

• Accomodation will be provided, free of charge, if requested,on a first come firsr serve basis,for the first 150 students. Hence kindly register as early as possible.

• Accomodation for the delegates (non students) can be arranged and will be charged separately. This will cost approximately between Rs.200/- to Rs.800/- per day depending upon the type of room available in CMC Guest house.
